Following our acquisition of the Market City Site from the Western Australian State Government on 31 March 2016, we have successfully maintained and improved the normal operations of the Wholesale Market and retained a 100% occupancy with current market demand outstripping supply of available premises.

Given the current market demand for cold chain warehouse, over the past 6 months we have focused our attention in the design development of three (3) buildings that are able to be configured as a multi-tenant cold chain warehouse, comprising of 250m² modules and/or a purpose built standalone cold chain warehouse to be constructed within the following five (5) years. 

The first phase of the project will be offered to the national fresh produce wholesale industry in October 2018 and we look forward to working with our stakeholders and industry partners to consolidate their operations, provide opportunities for business diversification and growth, optimal operational efficiency and operating costs.
